Color by Woz Racing Update 8/5/2002:

We had another successful weekend running our Rancho Framing Camaro Top Alcohol Funny Car,
 with a best ever ET and MPH  5.741 @  249.12 during our first round win over Brett Williamson, after 
qualifying #8 with a 5.792 @ 248.20. Our weekend came to close in round 2 when #1 qualifier 
Bucky Austin beat us on his way to backing up a new national speed record of 260.46. We feel there 
is still plenty of room for improvement as the car is still on the safe side not hurting any parts all 
weekend. Next race on the schedule is the Pomona Division Race at the Fairplex in Pomona, August 10
 and 11th . If you can only go for one day be sure to go on Saturday as we have 3 rounds of qualifying 
and you will be sure to see a lot of action. We would also like to thank our sponsors for all their support.
